Lifts product from a low feed trough to the next machine on a PVC cleated belt. Frame and trough are AISI 304 stainless steel; the wide trough takes a heavy product flow.

Z-type elevator with side walls

Elevator conveyors

Z-Type Modular Belt Elevator

A Z-shaped elevator with a perforated modular belt. It reaches steep transfer points that a PVC belt cannot. The belt does not hold water, takes high temperatures and is easy to clean.

Elevator conveyors

Positive-Drive Cleated Elevator

The belt is driven by sprockets instead of friction, so it carries product up the incline under control. Cleats and side walls keep the product on the belt.
